Top Michigan recruit Bryce Underwood liked what he saw from his future team Saturday.

After the Wolverines’ 13-10 upset win over archrival Ohio State, Underwood stepped up Instagram and posted a graphic showing the victory, captioning the image “Hey Yeahhhhhhhhhhh.”

Underwood committed to Michigan last week after previously being committed to LSU. He was overall player No. 1 in the country per 247 Sports Composite Rankings.

Underwood has a six-foot-four, 205-pound frame and hails from Belleville, Michigan. He is the top recruit in a Wolverines class that is currently ranked No. 9 in the nation.

Michigan is the reigning national champion but won’t reclaim that crown this season. The win improved the Wolverines to 7-5, which will be good enough for a bowl game but won’t help them qualify for the College Football Playoff.

Ohio State fell to 10-2 and while the Buckeyes can still earn an at-large playoff berth, they won’t be headed to the Big 10 Championship unless both Penn State and Indiana lose.

Underwood will soon hope to contribute to this rivalry and help the Wolverines extend their winning streak.
